摘要
党的十九大以来,习近平总书记对药品安全监管提出了"最严谨的标准、最严格的监管、最严厉的处罚、最严肃的问责"的"四个最严"工作要求。新修订的《中华人民共和国药品管理法》于2019年12月1日起施行。公安机关应当以《中华人民共和国药品管理法》《中华人民共和国刑法》等法律规定为依据,准确认定生产、销售假劣药罪,严厉打击此类犯罪,维护人民群众的生命财产安全。
Since the 19th CPC National Congress,President Xi has instructed“Four Strictest Principles,that is,“strictest standards,supervision,punishment and accountability in terms of pharmaceutical safety.The newly-amended“Drug Administration Law of the People's Republic of China”came into effect on December 1,2019.Acting on“Drug Administration Law and Criminal Law of the People's Republic of China”,police organs should precisely verify criminality related with production and sale of fake drugs and combat such crime to protect the safety of the public life and property.
