随着我国移民管理体制重大变革的稳步推进,原有的移民管理法律体系已不能适应新形势的发展需要,亟需重构。美国完善移民法律体系的相关经验,对于我国制定移民法典、加强技术移民立法、完善非法移民立法、重构难民立法等具有借鉴意义。

With reformation of immigrant management system going on steadily in our country,the original legal system of immigrant management is unable to cater to the needs of new situation.Therefore,it needs restructuring urgently.Experience in American perfection of its legal system related with immigrant management provides reference to us in making laws,strengthening legislation on skilled migration,perfecting laws related with illegal immigration,reforming legislation on refugees and so on.
