公文嬗变中的口语使用探析——兼论公文口语修辞手法

公文是一种历史文化和社会现象,在正确传递信息、沟通情况、处理问题等方面起着重要的作用。受经济和社会变化发展的影响,公文在文种类别、语言风格等方面发生了诸多变化,其语言呈现出文言词语的继承使用和现代口语的灵活运用两大发展趋势,动态地适应了其所处时代的经济、社会、人文等环境的要求。公文对口语的吸纳和修辞手法的运用,有利于增强公文语言的生动性和可读性,同时鉴于公文规范、准确、庄重的本质属性,对口语的运用需做到恰到好处。

Official documents are a kind of historical cultural and social phenomenon,and they play an important role in correctly transmitting information,communicating situations,and handling problems.Affected by economic and social changes and development,official documents underwent lots of changes in the document categories and language styles.The language presents two major development trends,i.e.,the inherited use of classical Chinese language and the flexible use of modern colloquialism,dynamically adapting to its economic,social,cultural and other environmental requirements of the times.The absorption of colloquialism and use of rhetorical techniques in official documents are conducive to enhancing the vividness and readability of official documents.Meanwhile,in view of the normative,accurate,and solemn nature of official documents,the use of colloquialism needs to be adequate.
