影响克令吊起升钢丝绳使用寿命因素分析

Analysis of Factors Affecting the Service Life of a Crane’s Lifting Wire Rope

钢丝绳在克令吊中应用广泛,但由钢丝绳引发的安全事故时有发生。文章以克令吊起升钢丝绳为例,通过对船东使用反馈及对影响钢丝寿命因素进行分析,提出钢丝绳系统设计选型,安装、使用、维护的改善措施。针对灵便型散货轮克令吊存在挂钩和抓斗模式特点,进而提出延长起升钢丝绳使用寿命的改善对策,提高钢丝绳配置的经济性和船东满意度。

Wire ropes are widely used in cranes,but safety accidents caused by wire ropes occur from time to time.Taking a lifting steel wire rope as an example,the article makes analysis of it based on feedback by ship owners and the factors that affect the service life of the steel wire rope,and proposes the improved measures for design,selection,installation,use and maintenance.Focusing on the characteristics of the hook and grab of the crane on a handy size bulk carrier,it further puts forward the improved measures to prolong the service life of the lifting wire rope to improve the economic features of wire rope configuration and ship owners’level of satisfaction.
