“八虚”的内涵、特点及临床运用

Contents,Features and Clinical Application of "Ba Xu"

"八虚"一词出自《黄帝内经》,从历代医家对"八虚"理解着手,对其内涵、特点、与五脏的关联、发生拘挛的病机进行整理,着重论述其在方药应用、伤科疾病治疗、针灸推拿治疗以及昏厥急救中的应用意义,提出背俞穴配合"八虚"处的穴位或反应点治疗脏腑病和肢体关节病的观点,同时为醒脑开窍针法中辅穴(极泉、尺泽、委中)的应用提出新的中医理论依据。

The term of " Ba Xu" comes from Huangdi Neijing. From understanding of " Ba Xu" by historians during various dynasties,this paper rearranges contents,features,connections among five organs,pathogenic mechanisms of spasm,emphasizing on application values on prescriptions application,diseases of trauma treatment,therapy of acupuncture and tuina,faint emergency aid. The views are put forward that beishu acu-points should be coordinated with acu-points of Ba Xu or reflections points to treat zangfu diseases and limbs joints diseases,providing new traditional Chinese medicine ideas on assisstant acu-points of Jiquan (HT1),Chize (LU5),Weizhong (BL40) by restoring consciousness and resuscitation.
