优质护理服务对急性冠脉综合征治疗效果的影响

The Effect of Quality Emergency Care on the Treatment of Acute Coronary Syndrome

目的:探讨优质护理服务在急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者中的应用效果。方法:随机将2015年12月至2017年12月来东莞市第五人民医院诊治的228例ACS患者分为两组(对照组和观察组),观察组114例采用优质护理服务模式进行护理,对照组114例采用常规方式进行护理,比较两组患者的治疗效果、满意度。结果:观察组治疗成效明显优于对照组、满意度明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:优质护理服务可以大大提高ACS患者的治疗成效,并有着相对较高的患者满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of high-quality nursing service in patients with ACS.Methods 228 patients with ACS were randomly divided into two groups:the control group and the experimental group.Results The therapeutic effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group,and the satisfaction degree was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Under the way of high quality nursing service,the treatment effect of ACS patients can be improved greatly,and the satisfaction degree is relatively high,which is worth popularizing.
