摘要
大型轮盘类零件和轴之间键的安装和连接,用于传递运动和扭矩。其中轮盘类零件的内键槽需键槽广泛用于中用键槽插床等专用机床上进行加工,需要单独的一道工序。本文通过CAD/CAE/CAM产品开发技术研究和运用,设计了一种车床用内键槽插削装置,并对装置进行运动和受力和变形情况分析,完成了装置的零件加工、装配和测试。提出了一种为车床增加了插削功能的方案。
The keyway is widely used in large class between the part and the wheel shaft key installation and connection for transferring motion and torque.The wheel parts with internal keyway slotter and other special machine processing requires a separate procedure.In this paper,based on the research and application of CAD/CAE/CAM product development technology,an internal keyway inserting device for lathes is designed,and the movement,force and deformation analysis of the device is conducted,and the machining,assembly and testing of the parts of the device are completed,and a scheme is proposed to add the cutting function to the lathe.
