汽车EPB线束导线断裂分析和对策

摘要 针对汽车EPB线束在实车模拟弯折试验中出现的断裂问题,全面分析导线断裂的相关因素,并结合试验分析手段对汽车EPB线束导线抗弯折疲劳断裂的可靠性进行分析评价,提出了几种解决方案并研究其实施效果。结果表明,优化铜导体晶粒度和导线结构,增加芯线数目,降低导线外层保护套内的容积率的工程实用性比较强,能够有效降低汽车EPB线束导线断裂问题发生的概率。 Aiming at the wire conductor broken problem of vehicle EPB harness in the vehicle wire bending test,the relevant factors of conductor broken generation are comprehensively analyzed,and the broken evaluation of the conductor broken is carried out by means of the experimental analysis,and several countermeasures are investigated with each implementation effect.The result shows that the measures recommended in this paper for optimizing the grain size,increasing the number of strands,reducing the diameter of copper strands and increasing the space of protection sleeve for wire are practical in engineering and can effectively reduce the conductor broken probability of vehicle EPB harness.
