Research on Training Mechanism of Application Ability in Mechanical Specialty in Local Colleges under the Background of the New Subject

提升地方本科高校机械类专业人才的应用能力是新工科建设的重要内容。深入研究对新工科建设主要目标和建设路径,分析当前地方本科院校机械类专业人才培养现状,总结制约地方本科院校专业人才应用能力提升的主要原因,提出建议采用改革培养方案、加强实践教育、引进和培养双师型师资、推行双创教育等措施全方位提升机械类专业人才应用能力。

Improving the application ability of mechanical professionals in local undergraduate universities is an important part of the construction of the new subject.The main objectives and construction paths of the new subject have been studied.The current situation of the training of mechanical specialty in local undergraduate colleges and universities are invested.Main causes that restrict the upgrading of the application ability of mechanical specialty talents in local undergraduate colleges and universities have been found.Suggestions on adopting reform and training programs,strengthening practical education,introducing and cultivating double-qualified teachers,implementation of double-innovation education have been made to enhance the application ability in mechanical specialties.
