特高压双电压回路合成试验方法研究 被引量:2

摘要 合成试验是高压交流断路器的重要检验检测方法,当电压等级超过1100kV时,需采用一种适用于高压特高压的其它合成试验方法--双电压回路的合成试验方法,分析了双电压回路合成试验的原理、计算方法、等价性评估、检验检测结果、试验实施等问题。重点解决电压等级较高时的双电压回路合成试验的分析计算及实施方法,并采用该方法对550kV/63kA断路器开展T100s整极试验,检验检测结果验证了分析计算和实施方法的正确性、合理性。指出:对于额定电压≥800kV等级的断路器,采用双电压回路合成试验的方法进行考核是正确的和有利的。但必须满足两个特定要求:(1)电压分配系数K_f为[0.5,0.65];(2)对于电压等级≥800kV等级的断路器,工频恢复电压试验公差须修正为[-5%,+10%]。 The synthetic test is an important inspection and detection method of high-voltage alternating current circuit-breaker.When the voltage level was up to 1100kV,a kind of other synthetic test method suitable for high-voltage UHV,the synthetic test of duplicate voltage circuit,was adopted.This paper analyzed the principle,computing method,equivalency assessment,inspection and detection results and test implement etc problems of synthetic test of duplicate voltage circuit,especially for the analysis calculation and implement method of synthetic test of duplicate voltage circuit when the voltage level was higher.With this method,the 550kV/63kA circuit-breakers were carried out T100s whole-pole tests.The inspection and detection results verified the validity and rationality of analysis calculation and implement method.It is pointed out that for circuit-breakers of rated voltage≥800kV,adopting the synthetic test method of duplicate voltage circuit is appropriate and favorable,but there are two necessary requirements:(1)Voltage allocation factor K_f should be[0.5,0.65],(2)Test tolerance of power frequency recovery voltage must be amended to[-5%,+10%].
