摘要
侧向深入式搅拌器是近年来开始应用于油库和炼厂油罐的一种附属设备。其主要用途是进行油品调和及防止罐内沉积物的堆积。日照港油品码头有限公司配套使用的油库中,6个50 000m3浮顶罐每罐配备2台可变插入角VAI-700型搅拌器。该公司常储油品有三种:马瑞原油、M100燃料油和M380燃料油。从计算分析单位体积油品所需要的搅拌功率方面,探讨不同存储条件下三种油品的搅拌时间。
Lateral in-depth agitator is a kind of accessory equipment which has been used in oil depot and oil tank of refinery in recent years.Its main purpose is to mix oil products and prevent the accumulation of sediment in the tank.Rizhao Port Oil Terminal Co.,Ltd.has a total storage capacity,of which 6 50000 cubic meters floating roof tanks are equipped with 2 sets of variable insertion angle vai-700 agitators.The company often stores three kinds of oil products :Marui crude oil,M100 fuel oil and m380 fuel oil.This paper discusses the mixing time of three kinds of oil products under different storage conditions from the aspect of calculating and analyzing the mixing power required by unit volume of oil products.
