摘要 随着社会经济的不断发展,化工产业也逐渐兴起,精馏塔作为化工生产的主要组成部分,其操作过程是极为重要且关键的内容,企业应给予精馏塔工艺的操作过程高度重视。现阶段化工企业实际的精馏塔操作过程中,受多种形式的因素影响,一方面导致精馏塔工艺的操作效率下降,影响精馏塔工艺的质量,另一方面影响精馏塔工艺操作过程中生产的稳定性。因此,根据对精馏塔工艺操作影响因素的分析与研究,针对性地提出影响精馏塔工艺操作因素的解决措施,从而保障精馏塔工艺生产的效率以及可持续性。 At present,with the continuous development of social economy,the chemical industry is also rising gradually.As the main part of chemical production,the operation process of distillation column is very important and key content.Enterprises should attach great importance to the operation process of distillation column process.At present,in the actual production of distillation tower process in chemical enterprises,due to various factors affecting operation,on the one hand,the operation efficiency of the distillation tower process is reduced,the quality of the distillation tower process is affected,on the other hand,the stability of production in the distillation tower process is affected.Therefore,according to the analysis and Research on the influencing factors of distillation tower process operation,this paper puts forward the measures to affect the factors of distillation tower process operation,so as to ensure the efficiency and sustainability of distillation tower process production.
