精细化工生产管理中的问题及解决方法

在我国的化工生产中,精细化工是主要的组成部分,其在一定程度上影响我国的经济水平。我国精细化工业基础较好,并形成了一定生产规模,获得了较大的进步,然而在其发展过程中还存在一些问题,可能造成化工事故频发发生,例如化工厂循环泵机进水烧坏形成的事故,机电绝缘造成的事故以及近些年频繁出现化工厂爆炸事故,因为精细化工生产具备的特点与连续化、大产量的石油化工企业不同,在安全管理方面难以做到水平的统一。针对这样的情况,应充分研究精细化工的安全生产管理。因此,围绕精细化工生产管理展开分析,首先分析生产管理的意义,找出精细化工存在的生产管理问题,并针对这些问题提出相应的解决方法。

Refinement is the main component in China’s chemical production,which affects China’s economic level to a certain extent.China’s fine chemical industry has a good foundation and has formed a certain scale of production,which has made great progress.However,In the course of its development,there are still some problems that may cause frequent chemical accidents,such as the accident caused by the burning of circulating pumps in chemical plants,accidents caused by mechanical and electrical insulation,and frequent chemical plant explosions in recent years.Because the characteristics of fine chemical production are different from the continuous and high-volume petrochemical enterprises,it is difficult to achieve a uniform level of safety management.In view of this situation,safety production management of fine chemicals should be fully studied.This article analyzes the production management of fine chemical industry.First,it analyzes the meaning of production management,finds out the production management problems of fine chemical industry,and proposes corresponding solutions to these problems.
