摘要
某电厂脱硝系统还原剂改造后,机组日补水量增加了约70t,蒸汽耗量测量值远大于设计值。通过对设备耗汽量、蒸汽流量测量装置、系统耗水量三方面进行分析,找出问题所在和机组的真实耗汽量。
After the reduction agent transformation of denitration system in a power plant,the daily water supply of the unit increased by about 70 tons,and the measured value of steam consumption was far greater than the design value.Through the analysis of the steam consumption of the equipment,the steam flow measuring device and the water consumption of the system,the problem and the real steam consumption of the unit are found out.
