环江作业区中性酸体系酸化解堵效果研究

Study on Acidification and Deblocking Effect of Neutral Acid System in Huanjiang Operation Area

中性酸酸化解堵是利用强度较低的固体酸与阻垢剂混合而成的一种解堵液体系。根据环江作业区堵塞特点,分析了主要堵塞类型,进行中性酸液解堵液体系酸化效果评价,实验结果表明:环江作业区堵塞物主要以碳酸钙无机堵塞为主,通过中性酸体系酸化解堵后,酸化效果优良,渗透率提高20%以上,现场单井增油平均1t/d。

Neutral acid acid deblocking is a kind of anti-blocking liquid system which uses low strength solid acid and scale inhibitor.According to the plugging characteristics of the Huanjiang operation area,the main types of plugging were analyzed,and the acidification effect of the neutral acid solution was evaluated.The experimental results indicate that the plugs in the Huanjiang operation area are mainly calcium carbonate inorganic plugs.After the system is acidified and unblocked,the acidification effect is excellent,the permeability is increased by more than 20%,and the average oil increase of a single well on site is 1 t/d.
