青叶胆的化学成分及其药理作用的研究进展

为了了解近年来国内外关于青叶胆化学成分及药理作用的研究进展,为青叶胆的临床应用提供参考,以"青叶胆"、"化学成分"、"药理作用"等为关键词,组合查询中国期刊全文数据库、维普中文期刊数据库、万方数据库中有关文献,对青叶胆的化学成分及其药理作用的研究进展进行综述。共查询到文献216篇,其中有效文献20篇。青叶胆中的化学成分众多,主要有环烯醚萜苷类、三萜类、酮类、内酯类、生物碱类等化学成分。以全草入药,具有清肝利胆、清热祛湿的功效,用于治疗各种肝炎(如黄疸型肝炎、慢性传染性肝炎、病毒性肝炎)以及泌尿系统感染等疾病。同时在治疗带状疱疹、促进肠道内菌群的生长等方面也具有良好的生理活性,应用广泛,有一定的开发价值。

In order to understand the research progress on the chemical constituents and pharmacological effects of A.acuminata in domestic and foreign countries in recent years,it provides a reference for the clinical application of Aoba.Methods :Combining the Chinese Journal Full-text Database,the Weipu Chinese Journal Database,and the Wanfang Database with the key words of "Qingye","Chemical Composition" and "Pharmacological Action",the chemical constituents of Aoba The research progress of its pharmacological effects is reviewed.RESULTS AND CONCLUSION :A total of 216 articles were searched,of which 20 were valid.There are many chemical components in the genus Aoba,mainly including iridoid glycosides,triterpenoids,ketones,lactones,alkaloids and other chemical components.It is used as a whole herb,has the effect of clearing the liver and gallbladder,clearing away heat and dampness,and is used for treating various kinds of hepatitis,such as :jaundice hepatitis,chronic infectious hepatitis,viral hepatitis and urinary tract infections.At the same time,it has good physiological activity in the treatment of herpes zoster and the growth of intestinal flora.It has wide application and has certain development value.
