燃煤电厂防腐蚀领域的设备面临严重的腐蚀、磨蚀等化学、物理环境。高镍合金的防腐蚀性能优异,但其价格高昂。而传统的工业用防腐蚀材料在腐蚀严重、温度交变的环境下,使用寿命远远低于设计寿命。因此对玻璃钢制品在防腐蚀领域的应用现状,逐一分析玻璃钢制品的适用性及发展方向,进一步推动玻璃钢制品在防腐蚀领域的应用。

The equipment in the anti-corrosion field of coal-fired power plant is faced with serious corrosion,abrasion and other chemical and physical environment.High nickel alloy has excellent corrosion resistance,but its price is high.However,in the environment of severe corrosion and temperature alternation,the service life of traditional industrial anti-corrosion materials is far lower than the design life.In this paper,the application status of FRP products in the field of anti-corrosion is analyzed one by one,and the applicability and development direction of FRP products are analyzed to further promote the application of FRP products in the field of anti-corrosion.
