Two Reading Notes on the Newly-discovered Documents in Turfan

吐鲁番巴达木207号墓所出2004TBM207∶1-5b文书,原文书整理者认为是唐西州事目历。本文认为,此文书更有可能是唐仪凤某年西州都督府案卷末尾,属于录事司勾检与署目两个环节。在和田地区征集的2006TZJI∶036文书,正背两面均有文字。整理者认为“正面”性质为案卷,“背面”关涉人物为奴隶。本文认为,此文书“正面”性质为辩辞,“背面”所涉人物可能为良人。同时,此文书正背面的关系也值得再思考。

The researchers think that the document No.2004TBM207∶1-5b,which was found in the No.207 tomb at Badamu,can be seen as the catalogue of documents.This paper holds that this document is more likely to be the end of the files of government at Xizhou sometime in Yifeng.There are characters on both sides of the document No.2006TZJI∶036,which were collected in Hotan District.The researchers think the content on the front are files,and the figure mentioned on the back is slave.But this paper holds that the content on the front is a defend speech,and the figure mentioned on the back may be civilian.Be sides,the relationship between the front and the back of this document is also worth thinking about.
