探索建设内陆自由贸易港：四川机遇、路径及对策

Exploring the construction of an inland free trade port:opportunities,paths and countermeasures of Sichuan

为推动四川形成立体全面开放新格局,需要高水平贸易和投资的自由化、便利化新平台;为此,党的十九大报告明确提出,要“赋予自由贸易试验区更大改革自主权,探索建设自由贸易港”。因此,在“四向拓展、全域开放”立体全面开放的格局下,四川应该时不我待,未雨绸繆,抢抓机遇,积极探索建设中国特色、内陆特点、四川站位的自由贸易港。

In order to promote the formation of a three-dimensional and comprehensive opening-up layout in Sichuan,The new platform will be required,through which the trade can be made in the high level and the investment can be liberalized and facilitating;Given that,the report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China made a clear statement that Pilot Free Trade Zone should be endowed with a greater reform autonomy to explore the construction of free trade ports.Therefore,under the three-dimensional and comprehensive opening-up pattern of"four-way expansion and global opening",Sichuan should be always ready to take precautions,seize opportunities,and actively explore the construction of free trade ports with Chinese characteristics,inland features,and Sichuan stations.
