低成本低锰钛微合金化结构钢的开发

摘要 本文通过降低Q345B钢的锰元素(w(Mn)=0.75%~0.9%)的含量、采用钛微合金化(w(Ti)=0.4%~0.5%)技术以及优化加热、轧制、水冷等措施,降低钢的合金成本。钢板具有多边形铁素体+珠光体混合组织,屈服强度380~430 MPa,抗拉强度510~560 MPa,延伸率富余量基本在5%以上,各项性能指标满足标准要求。该工艺有效降低生产成本,提高市场竞争力。 By reducing the content ofmanganese(w(Mn)=075%09%),titanium micro alloying(w(Ti)=04%05%)and optimizing heating,rolling,water cooling and other measures,to reduce the cost of Q345 series alloys.The steel has a mixture microstructure of Polygonal ferrite and pearlite,the yield strength of the plate ranged from 38 MPa to 430 MPa,tensile strength of the plate ranged from 510 MPa to 560 MPa,the surplus of e longation is basically above 5%.The all performance indicators can meet the standard requirements.The process can effectively reduce production cost and improve market competitiveness.
