女性旅游决策研究进展与启示

Progress and Enlightenment in Studying Woman Tourists’ Decision Making

随着现代女性受教育程度和收入水平的提升,女性的生活方式、消费观念和消费能力都发生了巨大变化,且成为日渐壮大的新兴旅游消费群体。本文基于对30年(1987-2017年)国内外女性旅游决策研究文献的分析,总结了国内外女性旅游决策研究的发展历程、研究内容和研究方法。研究发现,国内女性旅游决策研究起步晚于国外;国内外女性旅游决策研究内容集中于女性信息搜集行为、女性旅游决策参与程度、女性旅游决策影响因素、特殊女性群体旅游决策四个方面;国内外女性旅游决策研究方法侧重点有所不同,国外以定量研究为主,辅以定性研究,国内多数为定量研究。未来应拓宽研究内容,注重多学科融合,深化研究方法,拓展女性旅游决策研究的时间及空间尺度。

The improvement of modern women’s education and income level has helped bring about great changes in their lifestyle, consumption concepts and spending power. As a result, they become an emerging and expanding tourist group. The paper reviews the Chinese and foreign literature in the recent 30 years during1987-2017 on women tourists’ decision-making, and then summarizes the development process, study contents and methods of the field. It is found that China lags behind western countries in its study on woman tourists’ decision-making;both Chinese and western scholars focus their research on the four aspects: women’s information collection, women’s participation in tourism decision-making, factors affecting women tourists’ decision-making, and some particular women tourists’ decision-making. Chinese and foreign studies differ in their research methods in that foreign studies tend to adopt quantitative research supplemented by qualitative research, while Chinese studies mostly adopt quantitative research. The future study is recommended to broaden research contents, adopt multidisciplinary perspectives and more sophisticated study methods so as to extend the temporal and spatial scale of the study.
