摘要
近年来,抗生素残留与耐药性问题在畜牧养殖中日益凸显,寻找有效的抗生素替代物成为当前研究的热点。鸡卵黄抗体(IgY)具有化学性质稳定、产量高、成本低、特异性强且无任何毒副作用的优势,并且能给多种胃肠道、非肠道疾病提供有效的被动免疫保护,是一种极具潜力的抗生素替代品。基于此,该文就IgY的理化特性、作用机理、在动物疾病防治中的应用现状以及通过包被来提高口服IgY利用效果的研究加以阐述,以期为IgY产品升级和开发更加高效的复合型IgY制剂提供思路。
In recent years,the problems of antibiotic residues and resistance have become increasingly prominent,and finding the effective alternatives to antibiotics has become a hot research topic.Chicken yolk antibody(IgY)has many advantages such as stable chemical properties,high output but low cost,strong specificity and no toxic or side effects.And it can provide effective passive immune protection for a variety of gastrointestinal and non-intestinal diseases.It is a potential antibiotic substitute.Based on this,this paper elaborates the physical and chemical characteristics,mechanism of action,current status of application in animal disease prevention and control,and the study of improving the utilization effect of oral IgY by coating in order to provide idea for upgrading IgY products and developing more efficient compound IgY preparations.
