紫花苜蓿不同部位的挥发性成分分析 被引量:10

摘要 采用顶空固相微萃取和气相色谱-质谱联用方法分析了紫花苜蓿叶,茎和花部位的挥发性成分,旨在探究紫花苜蓿挥发性成分的组成。结果表明:紫花苜蓿的叶,茎和花部位共包括98种挥发性成分,各部位挥发性成分种类相似,但含量差异显著(P<0.05)。花中共鉴定出65种化合物,占挥发物总量的93.69%,其中,相对含量最高的化合物为3-辛酮(相对含量为23.17%);叶中鉴定出66种挥发性化合物,占挥发物总量的90.42%,相对含量最高的化合物为3-辛酮(相对含量为27.38%);茎中的组分及含量相对较少,共鉴定出41种化合物,占挥发物总量的79.10%;相对含量最高的化合物为3-戊酮(相对含量为23.31%)。叶,茎和花部位的共有挥发物有24种,含量较高的有3-戊酮、2-甲基丁醇、顺-2-戊烯醇、叶醇、4-甲基-1-戊醇、叔丁基环己烷、2-蒎烯、辛醇和乙酸叶醇酯。该研究结果可为开发紫花苜蓿防治害虫的植物源引诱剂提供理论基础。 Plant volatiles play an very important role in the host orientation of phytophagous insects.This study aims to explore the volatiles from the host plant Medicago sativa L.and to provide a theoretical basis for screening plant-originated of Loxostege sticticalis L.The volatile components of Medicago sativa leaves,stems and flowers were analyzed by headspace solid phase microextraction andgas chromatography-mass spectrometry,and the relative contents of compounds in each part were calculated by ion flow peak area normalization method.The results showed that the leaves,stems and flowers of Medicago sativa included 98 volatile components.The chemical components of volatile substances in each part are similar but the content is significantly different.Among which the chemical components and contents of volatile compounds in Medicago sativa are the most abundant,with a total of 65 compounds,accounting for 93.69%of the total volatile compounds,followed by leaf volatiles,66 volatile compounds,accounting for 90.42%of the total volatile compounds,the components and contents of stem volatiles were relatively fewer,a total of 41 compounds were identified,accounting for 79.10%of the total volatile compounds.There are 24 kinds of common volatile components in the three parts,and the high contents are 3-pentanone,2-Methybutan-1-ol,cis-2-penten-1-ol,Trans-3-Hexen-1-ol,4-Methyl-1-penta-nol,tert-butylcyclohexane,α-Pinene,3-Octanol,(3 Z)-3-Hexen-1-yl acetate.The results of this study can provide a theoretical basis for the development of plant source inducers for the control of pests in Medicago sativa L.
