摘要
网络教学(即线上学习平台)是教育发展的必然趋势,面对面教学(即线下课堂教学)是传统的教学模式,将二者相融合的线上线下(Online To Offline,O2O)混合教学模式发挥了信息化教学的优势,是一种新型教学模式。"产科技术"课程知识点多、专业技术更新快、教学任务量大,采用O2O混合式教学模式有助于助产教学模式的改革,培养适应社会需求的高职助产人才。本文以深圳职业技术学院"产科技术"课程为例,探讨了基于"岗位需求+工作过程"的O2O混合式教学模式的构建与实施,以培养符合岗位需求的新时代助产士。
Online education has become the inevitable development trend for future education. Off-line education is a traditional teaching mode. Making full use of informational education, the online and offline(O2O) hybrid teaching method is an innovative teaching mode. "Obstetric Technology" course covers a wide range of knowledge and needs to be updated constantly. To face the heavy task of teaching, O2O hybrid teaching method is conducive to the reform of the traditional midwifery teaching mode and the cultivation of midwives needed by the society. Taking the higher vocational "Obstetric Technology" course as an example, the author introduces the O2O hybrid teaching design and implementation to train new midwives.
