摘要
在明确目标指向、确立指标内涵基础上,文章构建高职院校服务区域经济社会发展的二级指标模型,以大连较有代表性的6所高职院校为例,研究高校服务区域经济社会发展的实践样态,分析其现存问题与困境,从加强人才培养、发挥集聚力,加紧科学研究、打造中坚力,加大社会服务、提升贡献力,推动文化传承与创新、发挥行动力,推进国际交流与合作、递增相长力5个方面提出了高职院校服务区域经济社会发展水平的行动策略。
On the basis of clear target orientation and indicator connotation,in this paper the authors established a second-level indicator model for measuring regional service capability.Six typical higher vocational colleges in Dalian were chosen as examples to evaluate the practical patterns of their service capabilities,along with analyzing existing problems and difficulties.Several operational strategies were proposed for promoting higher vocational colleges’regional service capabilities,including strengthening talent training,intensifying scientific research,increasing social services,promoting cultural inheritance and innovation,and accelerating international exchanges and cooperation.
