摘要
情绪管理是对个体和群体的情绪进行调节和控制的过程,是社会发展到一定程度伴随着对“人性”的深入发掘而出现的一种新的管理理念和管理方式。在教师教育中,教师的情绪具有动力功能、感染功能、迁移功能和保健功能四大功能。为了充分发挥教师情绪功能中应有的价值,可以从学校层面和个人层面来优化管理教师的情绪。
Emotion management is a process of emotional regulation and control of individual and group,which is also a novel idea and way of management along with the deep excavation of“human nature”.Teacher’s emotions contain four major functions,including power,infection,migration and healthcare.In order to achieve the desired value of teacher’s emotional functions,it is worthy to optimize teacher’s emotions from both school level and individual level.
