In the new media era with rapid development of mobile internet technologies,WeChat public account of the secretary major in colleges enables the integration of online and offline courses,and therefore enhances personalized ubiquitous learning.This plays an important role in the training of secretarial professionals.Through an in-depth analysis of the successful experience and shortcomings of"Guangdong Secretarial",the author further illustrated on the significance and strategy of constructing the secretarial professional training platform based on WeChat public account.
