摘要 随着我国高等教育事业的快速发展,高等学校办学规模迅速扩大,高校内部相关领域内的腐败问题也日益突出。高校只有完善自身监督执纪问责动力机制,提升监督执纪问责主体内在动力,提高监督执纪问责能力,才能确保自身健康发展,并营造出风清气正的育人环境,最终完成立德树人这一根本任务。 Along with the fast development of higher education,the scale of higher education is expanding rapidly,and the corruption problem is becoming more and more prominent.Only by improving the dynamic mechanism of supervision and discipline accountability,enhancing the internal power of the subject of supervision and discipline accountability,and improving the ability of supervision and discipline accountability,can colleges and universities ensure their healthy development and create a healthy environment for educating people,so as to accomplish the fundamental task of morality education.
