摘要 针对跑道、滑行道和廊桥等区域活动中的目标在慢速趋停或静止时,传统的杂波图检测算法出现漏警问题,提出了一种改进的杂波图恒虚警检测算法。采用基于冻结模式的杂波图检测策略,依据杂波图动目标检测判决,在预估有慢速目标的区域冻结杂波图,避免目标自遮蔽效应造成的漏检,实现动-停或静止目标的有效检测,为机场高级场面活动引导与控制系统(A-SMGCS)提供连续稳定的雷达目标情报。某民用机场雷达采集数据分析表明,该算法可正确检测动-停或静止目标,算法有效。 Aimed at the problem of missing alarm in the traditional clutter map detection algorithm when moving targets in the areas of runway,taxiway and gallery bridges come to a halt or stop at a slow speed,an improved clutter map constant false alarm rate detection algorithm is proposed.Using the clutter map detection strategy based on the freezing mode and the clutter map moving target detection judgment,the clutter map is frozen in the area where the slow target is estimated?it can avoid the missed detection caused by the target self-masking effect,and realize the effective detection of the move-stop or stationary targets,thus provide the advanced surface movement guidance and control system(A-SMGCS)with continuous and stable radar information.By sampling radar data from a civil airport,this algorithm can accurately detect the move-stop or stationary targets,and its effectiveness is verified.
