摘要
随着军用物资集装化运输需求量的增加,进一步改善航空运输集装托盘技术性能成为一个亟待解决的问题。首先,分析了航空运输集装托盘功能特点及技术需求,给出了基于无线射频识别(RFID)技术的航空运输集装托盘整体设计及其工艺方案;然后,采用有限元法(FEM)对航空集装托盘本体结构进行了理论分析,并对装备进行试验验证;最后,探讨了航空运输集装托盘的勤务信息化功能应用。
With the increasing demand for containerized transportation of military supplies,it becomes an urgent problem to further improve the technical performances of the air transport containerized pallet.Firstly,the functional characteristics and technical demand of the air transport containerized pallet are analyzed,the overall design and process scheme of the air transport containerized pallet based on the radio frequency identification(RFID)technology are proposed.Then,the theoretical analysis of air transport containerized pallet structure is carried out by using the finite element m ethod(FEM),the equipment is tested and verified.Finally,the service information function application of the air transport containerized pallet is discussed.
