多余物自动检测系统声音调理电路的稳健设计 被引量:3

摘要 元器件内部多余物是影响密封电子元器件可靠性的主要因素之一。微粒碰撞噪声检测法因其检测效率高、成本低等特点得到广泛应用。DZJC-3型多余物自动检测系统是目前主流的检测系统之一。为提高该系统的检测效果,降低系统的背景噪声,采用稳健设计的方法,在三级运放电路总放大倍数不变的前提下,重新设计声音调理电路的三级运放倍数,得到使背景噪声最低的各级运放放大倍数组合。实验结果表明,改进后的声音调理电路有效降低了检测系统的背景噪声。 The internal remainders are one of the main factors affecting the reliability of sealed electronic components.PIND method is widely used due to its high detection efficiency and low cost.Type DZJC-3 automatic detection system for remainders is one of the most popular detection systems.In order to improve the detection effect of the system and reduce the background noise of the system,the robust design method is used in this paper to redesign the three-stage op amp multiple of the sound conditioning circuit.The qualification is that the total magnification of the three-stage op amp circuit is unchanged.The amplifier magnification combination of each stage with the lowest background noise is obtained.The experimental results show that the improved sound conditioning circuit effectively reduces the background noise of the detection system.
