光伏分散入网条件下复合储能经济性分析 被引量:4

摘要 在光伏分散接入农村电网背景下,以氢储能和蓄电池复合储能为基础,研究储能装置在分布式光伏扶贫中的价值。综合分析了复合储能系统在电网侧延缓电网升级改造,在用户侧增加用户光伏补贴、减少用户电费和减少限电损失几个方面的效益。在考虑复合储能投资成本的基础上,以电网侧和用户侧年净收益最大为目标建立复合储能价值评估模型,利用粒子群算法求解,据此分析复合储能价值。算例分析表明,复合储能带来的经济价值优于单一储能,但投资成本过高,需要国家相应政策的扶持。 In the context of photovoltaic decentralized access to rural power grids,based on hydrogen storage and battery composite energy storage,the value of energy storage devices in distributed photovoltaic poverty alleviation is studied.The comprehensive analysis of the composite energy storage system in the grid side delays the upgrade of the power grid,on the user side to increase user PV subsidies,reduces user electricity bills and power loss losses in several aspects.On the basis of considering the investment cost of composite energy storage,the composite energy storage value evaluation model is established with the largest net income of the grid side and the user side and the minimum change of the combined output power of the optical storage.The particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to solve the complex storage.Can value.The analysis of the example shows that the economic value brought by the composite energy storage is better than the single energy storage,but the investment cost is too high and needs the support of the corresponding national policies.
