基于层次分析法的配电网综合评价体系研究

Research on Comprehensive Evaluation System of Distribution Network Based on Analytic Hierarchy Process

针对目前配电网发展缺乏合理评价手段的问题,提出一种配电网综合评价体系。按照规范性、系统性和可比性原则,利用层次分析法,确定评价内容,建立评价体系,并给出了评价实施步骤。最后,通过应用举例,分析对比不同地区配电网发展情况,验证了该评价方法的可行性和有效性,为地区配电网的进一步规划和建设提供指导。

Because of the lack of reasonable evaluation method for the development of distribution network,a comprehensive evaluation system of distribution network is proposed.According to the principles of standardization,systematization and comparability,using analytic hierarchy process to determine the content of the evaluation,establish evaluation system and give the evaluation of procedures.Finally,through the application example,the paper analyzes and compares the development of distribution network in different areas,verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the evaluation method,and provide guidance for the further planning and construction of regional distribution network.
