摘要
随着我国科学技术的不断提升,对于化工生产中的重要设备之一活塞压缩机的故障分析和处理也有了进一步的研究。在活塞压缩机的使用过程中,工作人员操作不当以及轴承温度过高、传动部件和气缸出现杂音等情况十分常见,为了提高企业在使用活塞压缩机时的安全性,减少活塞压缩机在使用过程中出现故障的几率,本文现以活塞压缩机为基础,对于其故障进行深入分析和研究。
With the continuous improvement ofs cience and technology in our country,further research has been made on the fault analysis and treatment ofp iston compressor,which is one oft he important equipment in chemical production.In the process of using the piston compressor,it is very common for the staff to operate improperly,the bearing temperature is too high,the transmission parts and cylinders are noisy,etc.In order to improve the safety of the enterprise when using the piston compressor and reduce the probability of its failure in the process of use,this paper takes the piston compressor as the basis to conduct in-depth analysis and research on its failure.
