摘要
介绍了白土/分子筛吸附和催化加氢两种重整生成油烯烃脱除工艺的研究进展。指出,白土/分子筛吸附工艺投资成本最低,但存在寿命短、难以再生的缺点,催化加氢工艺采用的贵金属催化剂使用寿命长,灵活高效,环境友好,反应条件缓和,是今后重整生成油脱烯烃工艺的主流。
Development oftechnology ofo lefin removalf rom reformate,adsorption process ofc lay/molecular sieve and Catalytic hydrogenation,was introduced.The paper pointed out,the investment cost of clay/molecular sieve adsorption process is low,but it has the disadvantages ofs hort life and difficult to regenerate.The catalytic hydrogenation process used noble-metal catalyst has long service life,flexibility and efficiency,environmental friendliness,and mild reaction conditions,which is the main stream of the process of technology for olefin removal from reformat in the future.
