摘要 BiOC1作为一种新型半导体光催化剂,因其特殊的开放式层状结构和电子间接跃迁模式,极大地提高了光生载流子分离效率,从而表现出优异的光催化性能。本文对国内外有关光催化剂BiOC1的制备方法进行了调研探讨,并重点综述了BiOC1的性能修饰改性研究进展,包括BiOC1的能带调控、表面修饰和晶面调控等对BiOC1光响应能力和光生电子-空穴对分离率的提升作用,以此为BiOC1的制备和改性研究提供科学参考。 As a new type of semiconductor photocatalyst,BiOCl exhibits excellent photocatalytic properties due to the improved separation efficiency ofp hotocarriers,which is benef itted from its special layered structure and indirect electron transition mode.In this paper,the preparation methods of BiOCl were investigated and discussed.Furthermore,this paper mainly reviewed the research progress on BiOCl modification,including energy band regulation,surface modification,and crystal face regulation to improve the photoresponse ability and separation rate ofp hotogenerated electron-hole in BiOCl.This review would provide scientific data for the preparation and improvement of BiOCl for practical application.
