Innovating Coal Mine Safety Management and Constructing Long-term Mechanism of Safety Production

安全管理工作是煤矿企业一切工作的基础,故此,对于煤矿生产企业来说,建立安全生产长效机制有着极其重要的意义。本文即从安全管理构建以及安全生产长效机制的重要意义谈起,分析了构建安全生产长效机制的必要基础工作,并在此基础上,进一步提出了落实安全生产责任制、加大安全科技投入、加大安全管理绩效考核、建立安全激励机制、加强技术管理工作、严防一切危险源、做好生产现场管理等九项具体的实施措施。

Safety management is the basis of all the work in coal mine enterprises.Therefore,it is ofg reat significance for coal mine production enterprises to establish a long-term mechanism of safe production.This paper started with the significance of the construction of safety management and the long-term mechanism of safety production,analyzed the necessary basic work for the construction of the long-term mechanism of safety production,and on this basis,further put forward nine specific implementation measures,including implementing the responsibility system of safety production,increasing investment in safety science and technology,increasing the performance evaluation of safety management,establishing the safety incentive mechanism,strengthening the technical management,preventing all hazards,and doing a goodjob in the production site management.
