摘要
新中国成立七十年来,我国农村学前教育在事业发展、课程建设和师资队伍建设方面经历了艰难探索、调整恢复、曲折徘徊、深化改革和重点发展五个阶段,取得了令人瞩目的成就。农村学前教育事业从无到有,确定了重点发展战略地位。农村学前教育课程建设从分到合,确立了儿童中心价值取向。农村学前教育师资队伍从弱到强,建构了系统支持体系。未来我国农村学前教育的发展面临三个转型:农村学前教育事业由外源支持向内生发展转型,农村学前教育课程由基本建构向内涵发展转型以及农村幼教师资队伍由规模扩充向质量提升转型,以实现农村学前教育优质、持续、高效发展。
Since 1949,rural preschool education in China has experienced 5 stages of exploration,recovery,hesitation,reformation,and development in the areas of preschool education planning,curriculum construction,and teacher cultivation,and has obtained remarkable achievements.Rural preschool education has grown out of nothing and established a position of key development.Curriculum construction experienced from dividing to integrating,and has adopted child centered teaching philosophy.Teaching team has becoming stronger and more qualified and supporting system has been set up.In future,rural preschool education in China faces three types of transformation:from getting external support to developing internal support,from basic curriculum construction to content development,and from expanding teaching team to raising teachers'quality in making education in rural areas more qualified and efficient.
