新手生涯咨询师的内部体验与自我反思——对模拟咨询训练的质性研究

Internal Experience and Self-reflection in Novice Career Counselor——A Qualitative Research of Mock Counseling Training

为明晰新手生涯咨询师在模拟咨询训练中的内部体验和自我思考,本文采用扎根理论研究方法,对不同角色在模拟咨询训练过程的反思总结进行分析。分析过程可以归纳成三个方面:咨询技术、自我觉察和困难挑战,目的是总结模拟训练对咨询技术理论的运用、自我身份和能力的认知以及相互学习等方面的帮助。并对如何更好地促进生涯咨询师的培养提出相应的方法和思路。

The purpose of this study was to understand internal experience and self-reflection of novice career counselors in mock counseling training.In the analysis process,conclusion in 3 aspects:counseling technique,self-awareness and challenge.The helpful aspects of mock training were summarized in this study,including application of counseling theory and technique,cognition of self-identity and ability,and learning from each other.Conclusion:relevant methods and ideas were put forward to better improve the training of career counselors.
