摘要
以‘辽峰’葡萄为试材,在初花期、盛花期、花后3 d以赤霉素(GA3)25 mg/L浸蘸花(果)穗,进行无核处理。对花后3 d浸蘸GA325 mg/L的果穗10 d后进行二次蘸药,以GA325 mg/L外加噻苯隆(TDZ)1 mg/L和3 mg/L、氯吡脲(CPPU)1 mg/L和2 mg/L浸蘸果穗,研究不同浓度的TDZ和CPPU对果实品质的影响。结果表明:花后3 d处理的无核效果最好;TDZ的膨大效果好于CPPU,但可溶性固形物和可溶性糖含量低于CPPU;CPPU 2 mg/L处理的可滴定酸最低,维生素C含量最高。综合比较得出,GA325 mg/L+CPPU 2 mg/L处理的果实品质为佳。
‘Liaofeng’grapes was used as materials,the flower and fruit clusters were dipped in gibberellin(GA3)25 mg/L at the initial flowering,peak florescence,and 3 days after anthesis for seedless treatment.The fruit clusters at 3 days after anthesis were dipped in GA325 mg/L after 10 days again.The fruit clusters were dipped in GA325 mg/L,TDZ 1 mg/L and 3 mg/L and CPPU 1 mg/L and 2 mg/L to study the effects of different concentrations of TDZ and CPPU on fruit quality.The results showed that the effect of the seedless treatment 3 days after anthesis was the best;the effect of the fruit enlargement of TDZ treatment was better than that of CPPU treatment,but the total soluble solid content and soluble sugar content of TDZ treatment was lower than that of CPPU treatment;the titratable acidity of CPPU 2 mg/L treatment was the lowest,vitamins C content of that was the highest.Comprehensive comparison shows that the quality of fruit treated with GA325 mg/L+CPPU 2 mg/L is the best.
