中国公共安全科技发展及其在澳门的应用实践

China’s development of public safety science and technology and its application in Macao

公共安全是国家安全和社会稳定的基础,是国家治理现代化的重要保障。随着中共中央和国务院的重视及科技投入的不断加强,特别是《国家中长期科学技术发展规划纲要(2006-2020年)》实施以来,中国公共安全科技发展取得长足进步。从公共安全科技发展、中国目前面临的机遇和挑战两方面,介绍了澳门特别行政区在"天鸽"台风后加强公共安全科技保障方面的举措和成效。

Public safety is the base of national security and social stability and is important for ensuring national modernization development. The Chinese public safety technology has obtained obvious progress owing to the high attention of government,especially the support of National Medium and Long-term Plan for Science and Technology Development(2006-2020). This paper describes the Chinese public safety technology development, chances and challenges. Besides, the technology used and achievements obtained by Macao Special Administrative Region(SAR) after Typhoon Hato are presented.
