摘要
以氯化胆碱/丙三醇低共熔溶剂为模板剂,研究水热温度和原料配比对前驱体纳米结构及γ-Al2O3多孔特征的影响。利用X射线衍射仪、场发射电子显微镜、傅里叶变换红外光谱仪和比表面积及孔隙度吸附分析仪对样品进行表征。结果显示,水热温度和原料配比影响产物尺寸;120~180℃得到一维棒或线束状纳米结构,随温度升高,产物尺寸增大,温度升至200℃时,得到二维片状或三维花状纳米结构。前驱体经过600℃焙烧8 h后,得到花、棒、片和线束状纳米结构的多孔γ-Al2O3,比表面积分别为70.8、147.3、86.4和207.1 m^2/g。氯化胆碱/丙三醇可以作为模板剂辅助合成特定纳米结构的前驱体。
Effects of temperature and ratio of raw material during hydrothermal treatment on the nanostructure of precursor and the porous properties ofγ-Al2O3 were investigated,which were derived using choline chloride/glycerol deep eutectic solvent as template.The obtained samples were characterized by X ray diffraction,field emission scanning electron microscopy,fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,specific surface area and porosity adsorption analyzer.The results showed that the temperature and raw material ratios significantly affected the sizes and morphologies of the samples.One-dimensional nanostructures with rod-like or wire bundle-like shapes were obtained at 120-180℃.The sizes of samples increased with elevating the temperature.Two-dimensional nanostructures with sheet-like or flower-like shapes were derived when the temperature was higher than 200℃.The porousγ-Al2O3 with flower-like,rod-like,sheet-like or wire bundle-like nanostructures could be obtained after calcination of the precursor at 600℃for 8 h.The specific surface areas of theseγ-Al2O3 samples were 70.8,147.3,86.4 and 207.1 m^2/g,respectively.The choline chloride/glycerol deep eutectic solvent could be used as the template to prepare the nano-sized precursors with detailed morphology.
