摘要
介绍了垃圾填埋气处理利用的新工艺及其工艺原理和应用。该工艺采用脱硫、深冷、PSA-CO2与PSA-N2联合工艺调节垃圾填埋气的密度和热值,使之达到城市燃气的标准。装置的实际运行情况突出了该新工艺的技术优势,具有良好的经济效益和社会示范效应。
A novel process for landfill gas(LFG)treatment and utililization and its principle and application are introduced.In this process,desulfurization,cryogenic,PSA-CO2 and PSA-N2 technologies are integrated to purify LFG and adjust its density and calorific value to meet the standard of city gas in Hong Kong.The actual operation of the plant highlights the technical advantages of the novel process,and brings good economic benefits and social demonstration effect.
