摘要
以沂蒙抽水蓄能电站高压管道竖井为研究背景,理论分析了反井钻机扩孔状态下滚刀的运动状态和轨迹,研究了钻进速度与钻压、转速的关系;在距离地面24m深,井筒直径为2.5m,岩体为花岗岩处试验,通过调节钻杆拉力、转速,并采用动态信号测试分析系统和智能数字转速表,得到了钻杆的钻压和转速,通过数据处理和分析得到了反井钻机钻速和钻压、钻速和转速之间的关系,结果表明理论与试验能够较好地吻合,证明了理论的准确性。
Taking the high pressure pipeline shaft of Yimeng Pumped Storage Power Station as the research background,the motion state and track of the hob under the reaming state of the raise boring machine are analyzed theoretically.The relationship between the drilling speed and the drilling pressure and rotation speed is studied.The test is carried out at a depth of 24m from the ground,the diameter of the shaft is 2.5m,and the rock mass is granite.By adjusting the pulling force and the rotation speed of the drill pipe,and using the dynamic signal test analysis system and the intelligent digital tachometer,the drilling pressure and rotation speed of the drill pipe are obtained.The relationship between drilling speed and drilling pressure,drilling speed and rotation speed of the raise boring machine is obtained by data processing and analysis.The results show that the theory and the test can be well matched,and the accuracy of the theory is proved.
