塔山矿地面L型钻孔抽采瓦斯技术应用 被引量:8

摘要 为了验证地面L型钻孔抽采采空区瓦斯效果,以塔山矿8214综放工作面为研究对象,采用数值模拟和理论分析相结合的方法,确定了抽放钻孔布置位置和钻孔结构,设计了L钻孔抽采瓦斯方案。研究结果表明:塔山矿8214综放工作面垮落带高度为35m,裂隙带高度为60m,顶板最大悬露空顶长度为45m,垮落角为45°;钻孔应布置在距采煤工作面顶板40~60m,距帮26~30m,有效解决了工作面上隅角和低位抽采巷的瓦斯超限的问题;钻孔的终孔始终位于工作面上隅角的后上方,有效解决了钻孔与工作面推进在瓦斯治理中的时空匹配问题,达到了高效稳定治理采空区瓦斯的目的。 In order to verify the gas effect of the ground L-type drilling for goaf gas extraction,the 8214 fully mechanized caving face of Tashan Mine is taken as the research object,and numerical simulation and theoretical analysis are used to determine the location and structure of the drainage drilling,and the L-type drilling gas extraction scheme is designed.The results show that the height of the 8124 fully mechanized caving face in Tashan Mine is 35 m,the height of the fracture zone is60 m,and the maximum height of the suspending roof is 45 m,the caving angle is 45°.The drilling should be arranged 40~60 m from the roof of the coal mining face and 26~30 m away from the side wall,which effectively solves the problem of gas overrun in the working face and the low level extraction lane.The final hole of the drilling hole is always located at the upper rear of the working face upper corner,which effectively solves the problem of time and space matching between the drilling and the working face in the gas control,and achieves efficient and stable control of goaf gas.
