Research on Detection Technology and Equipment of 20000kN Hydraulic Support with Large Inclination

针对目前大倾角液压支架检测技术及装备落后于大倾角液压支架发展水平的现状,开发研制了大倾角液压支架主体结构、旋转系统、液压系统和测控系统,解决了煤层倾角在60°以上的液压支架防倒防滑试验、在倾斜状态下进行复合外加载测试和检测装备无级调高等技术难题,检测装备旋转角度为±90°、均布载荷20000kN、额定垂直外载11000kN、额定水平外载6000kN、额定侧向外载2000kN,台面尺寸7200mm×6000mm。

In view of the current situation that the detection technology and equipment of hydraulic support with large inclination is behind the development level of hydraulic support with large inclination,the large inclination hydraulic support is developed,including main structure,rotary system and hydraulic system and test system,which solves the technical difficulty of anti-falling and anti-sliding test of hydraulic support for over-60°coal seam,composite external loading test under inclined state and stepless height adjustment of detection equipment.The testing equipment has a rotating angle of±90°,average distributed load of 20000kN,rated vertical external load of 11000kN,rated horizontal external load of 6000kN,rated lateral external load of 2000kN,and table size of 7200mm×6000mm.
