The identification of early diagnostic biomarker in lung cancer

摘要 肺癌是常见的发病率和死亡率均高的原发性恶性肿瘤,早发现早治疗可以显著提高肺癌患者生存率。目前,临床上用于肺癌筛查的血清肿瘤标志物效果较差,迫切需要筛选高灵敏度、高特异性的生物标志物用于肺癌早期诊断。随着质谱、高通量测序等技术的快速发展,国内外研究团队分别从组织、血液等标本中发现了一些有望作为肺癌早期诊断标志物的分子,如糖蛋白、特异性糖修饰结构、miRNA和代谢物等。本文旨在对肺癌早期诊断标志物鉴定的研究进展进行总结,为肺癌诊疗提供参考。 Lung cancer is a common primary malignant tumor with high morbidity and mortality.Early detection and early treatment can significantly improve the survival rate of lung cancer patients.It is urgent to screen higher sensitivity and specificity biomarkers for early detection due to the poor clinical performance of serum diagnostic markers for lung cancer.With the rapid development of mass spectrum,high-throughput sequencing and other technologies,some molecules that are expected to be early diagnostic biomarkers of lung cancer,such as glycoproteins,specific modified glycans,miRNAs and metabolites,etc.,have been discovered from tissue,blood,urine and other specimens of lung cancer patients.This paper aims to summarize the research progress in the identification of early diagnostic biomarkers of lung cancer and to provide reference for the diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer.
