共生微生物组对宿主免疫稳态的调控作用 被引量:2

Regulation of host immune homeostasis effected by the symbiotic microbiome

摘要 宿主皮肤、口腔以及胃肠道的大量共生微生物组与宿主免疫系统互相作用,对于维持宿主的能量代谢、免疫稳态和多种疾病的发生和发展都有重要影响。定植于宿主体表的共生微生物组既可以帮助消化食物、合成维生素,又可以引起过敏反应和炎症感染。因此,通过研究共生微生物组和宿主免疫系统之间的对话交流,可以明晰宿主免疫系统维持共生微生物组的生态平衡的作用机理,进一步明确共生微生物组调节宿主免疫稳态的分子机制,对于探索共生微生物引起的多种免疫相关性疾病的病理基础和治疗方式具有重要意义。 A large number of symbiotic microbes inhabiting in the host’s skin,oral cavity and gastrointestinal tract play important roles in maintaining energy metabolism,immune homeostasis and the occurrence and development of various kinds of diseases by interacting with the host immune system.The symbiotic microbes can help host to digest food and synthesize vitamins,at the same time,the symbiotic microbes can also cause allergic responses and inflammatory infections.Therefore,studies on the cross-talk and the interactions between the symbiotic microbes and the host immune system can clarify the microecological balance maintained by the host immune system,and reveal the host immune homeostasis regulated by the symbiotic microbes,and will also have important effects on the understanding of the pathological basis and treating strategies of various kinds of immune diseases caused by the symbiotic microbes.
