摘要
文章以2019年清华大学图书馆在本科迎新实践中思路的变革以及工作内涵的深化与拓展为案例,并借助公共管理理论中的三圈理论分析工具,通过图书馆价值体现、馆员能力提升、开拓协同支持三方面探讨大学图书馆服务本科教育的路径和策略。
In this paper,the case study method is applied to analyze the reform of the thinking and the deepening and expansion of the work connotation of Tsinghua University Library in the practice of undergraduate orientation in 2019.With the help of the three-circle theory analysis tool in the field of public management,the paper discusses the path and strategy of university library serving undergraduate education through three aspects:the embodiment of library value,the improvement of librarians,capability and the development of collaborative support.
