“双一流”建设背景下高校图书馆专利信息服务现状及发展对策研究

Research on the Current Situation and Development Countermeasures of Patent Information Service of University Libraries Under the Background of “Double First-Class” Construction

文章以42所"双一流"建设高校图书馆网站为调研途径,重点从6个方面进行了调查:专利素养教育、专利咨询服务、专利检索服务、嵌入科研服务、决策支持服务、专利资源导航。调查结果表明,"双一流"建设高校图书馆的专利信息服务正处于探索实践阶段,申报国家知识产权信息服务中心可以促进高校图书馆专利信息服务人才培养和资源建设,增强高校图书馆专利信息服务能力。高校图书馆开展专利信息服务可以助力学校"双一流"建设,是高校图书馆今后发展的重要途径之一。

Through the investigation and research on 42"Double First-Class"construction of university library websites,the focus is on six aspects:patent literacy education,patent consulting services,patent search services,embedded research services,decision support services,and patent resource navigation.The survey results show that the patent information service of"Double First-Class"construction of university libraries is in the stage of exploration and practice.The application of national intellectual property information service center can promote the cultivation of patent information service talents and resources of university libraries,and enhance the patent information service ability of university libraries.The development of patent information service in university libraries can help the construction of"Double First-Class"in schools,and it is one of the important ways for the future development of university libraries.
